Some things which you must know at your finger-tips!

1) Explain why are there water droplets on the outside of a glass containing ice water

2) Explain why are there water droplets formed on the underside of the glass' lid which contains boiling water

3) How are dews formed on leaves/window ?

4) What are the factors affecting the rate of evaporation?

5) What are the differences between evaporation and boiling?

6)  Water expands on freezing. Its volume increases, while its mass remains the same. Thus, there is a decrease in density which is why ice floats on liquid water.

7) What is Freezing? What is Condensation? What is Melting?

8) What are the 2 processes by which liquid water changes into gas?
