~ Red Blood Cells ~

Red blood cells have nuclei during their early stages of development, but the red blood cells loses the nuclei as the cells mature, providing more space for haemogoblin to carry more oxygen.

Nucleus is what controls the cells and it is where DNA is stored. Red blood cells do not need to be controlled by the DNA as they do not divide to reproduce more cells like other cells because the bone marrow produces them instead.

Hence, the nucleus is not needed.
